As demand in domestic and overseas forklift markets continues to grow, the Phase II modern heavy-duty forklift assembly workshop of Hebei Gongle Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., built over 10 months, has officially been completed and put into operation. The new workshop covers a building area of 14,000 square meters and has fully introduced automated robotic welding islands, heavy-duty chassis final assembly lines, and digital complete-machine performance test benches.

Digital-intelligent upgrade, full-process quality traceability

With the Phase II plant in operation, Gongle has not only increased annual complete-machine capacity to over 5,000 units but also achieved full-process digital control from steel plate blanking and gantry laser cutting to frame welding and anti-corrosion coating. Every forklift leaving the factory is assigned a unique digital identity ID, enabling one-click traceability of full-lifecycle maintenance records.

The completion of the new factory provides GONGLE with ample production capacity support and delivery assurance for undertaking large-scale overseas centralized procurement orders.
